Story
Mark Tackett established Tackett Compounding Pharmacy in 1983 from a genuine passion to help people in his local community. Although Tackett Pharmacy was started to provide medications to our local community, we have evolved into a holistic wellness model providing custom compounding services, wellness consultations, traditional pharmacy services, and more to meet the needs of our patients.
From the very beginning, Tackett Pharmacy has been family run and operated. Mary Tackett, Mark's mother, was the first employee and always greet customers with a smile. In 2010, Tara Tackett Penny, PharmD opened Tackett Pharmacy and Nutrition Center expanding our reach to the Weatherford community. Tackett Compounding Pharmacy moved locations to Hudson Oaks in 2015 and partnered with Andrew Tackett/Clearfork Market to provide customers for more wellness opportunities. In 2022, Tori Tackett Gillen, PharmD joined the Hudson Oaks location.
